When do you declare financial results?
- The results of unaudited results Quarter 1 (July-September) are declared in the month of October. Results of unaudited results Quarter 2 (October - December) are declared in the month of January. Results of unaudited results Quarter 3 (January - March) are declared in the month of April.
This year the results for Quarter 4 and whole year audited results were declared in the month of September as provided by the Stock Exchange Listing Agreement.
